Serenity Water Gardens also provides either monthly or seasonal pond maintenance service to our customers in Metro Atlanta area. The price is subject to the size, location and condition of your pond. There will be $85.00 flat rate charge for a service call. The minimum installation fee for a submersible pump is $135.00 without new configurations of plumbing, $185 for a swimming pool pump without new configurations of plumbing.
The maintenance service usually includes:
- Remove the excessive debris. Remove dead foliage (i.e. water lilies, iris).
- Remove the excessive algae from pond as many as possible.
- Add the proper chemicals for the overall health of the pond at additional cost.
- Change light bulbs at additional cost.
- Add water as necessary to maintain the level of the pond.
- Drain and clean the pond.
- Check fish for diseases or parasites and provide treatment.
- Inform homeowner(s) if there are any existing problems need to be fixed, etc.
- Repot the existing aquatic plants.
